More than 11000 animals desexed in the SPCA mobile clinic |

Now well into the third year of operation, the SPCA mobile clinic has
achieved more than 11000 free desexing operations for animals of low
income owners.
Roving vet Alistar, and vet nurse wife Sue, have travelled the country from top to bottom. Currently they in the South Island for their second visit.
Good news is that the effects of this activity and other de
sexing initiatives around the country have resulted in the first ever
reduction in the annual numbers of stray and unwanted animals sheltered
by the SPCA.
