The SPCA National Animal Welfare Policy outlines our stance on key areas of animal welfare, such as the treatment of agricultural animals. The SPCA has, as its basis, the philosophy that all animals are equally deserving of our compassionate consideration, whether they be a dog left tied up and neglected in a backyard or a possum chewing through our native forests.
